You hereby release the Torstar Group from any liability associated with the publication or distribution of your submission. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Torstar Group, their licencees, successors and assigns, and each of their officers, agents and employees from all liabilities or losses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to the Torstar Group's exercise of the rights granted herein.
